Why we use it
We use these details to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss the requested service and maintain the relevant business conversation. Submitting an enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Access and coordination
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and can be reviewed by authorised RSMS team members in the private workspace. Information needed by a certification body is discussed with you as part of the agreed service.
Security and site operation
The site uses hosting infrastructure to serve pages and process requests. Operational logs and request limits help protect the service. Private team access uses authentication and session controls; the public enquiry form does not require a CRM session.
Your choices
For corrections, deletion requests or questions about an enquiry, use the contact form, include your enquiry reference if available and describe your request. Records may need to be retained where an ongoing service or applicable obligation requires it.
